The Psychological Wellbeing Service (IAPT) offers psychological treatments across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. This service is set up to help those aged 17 and over who are suffering from mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, post traumatic stress, health anxiety, panic, phobia or obsessive compulsive disorder. All of the talking therapies offered as part of our Psychological Wellbeing Service work by helping you understand what is happening to you, help you to work through your difficult feelings and learn new ways of coping in order to improve your wellbeing.

Inclusion UK

Inclusion provides free and confidential support, advice and interventions for adults who are affected by drug or alcohol issues. They are also able to offer support for families and friends.
They welcome self referrals and offer walk-in assessments on most weekday mornings

Relate is the UK’s largest provider of relationship counselling and sex therapy. Relate counselling is relevant to any couples having problems communicating, going through a bad patch, considering splitting up or needing help to manage a break up. it can help you gain confidence, increase self esteem and build better relationship. Some free counseling is available but you may be asked to make a contribution according to your income.
