Repeat Prescriptions
If possible, order your prescriptions on-line or use your printed prescription counterfoil. However, if it is not available, write down what you need. You can then post, fax
(0844 387 8223), or drop your request in to the surgery.
If you include a stamped addressed envelope, we can return the prescription to you or direct to your chemist. Some chemists will collect your prescription for you and/or deliver the medicines to you.
Please note: We do not accept requests by telephone.
To use our online prescription form via the link at the top of this page you will need to request a user name and password.
Please tell us if the prescription is urgent and we will do our best to get it ready quickly.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
